Job Description

As a Party Chief you manage geotechnical offshore field work operations with respect to planning, quality and budget and will work with project management and operations teams onshore to maximize the operational efficiency of the project field staff and optimise vessel up time.

Your track record:
You have BSc. degree in a relevant discipline and geotechnical experience;
You have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in marine offshore projects;
You have leadership experience, proven people management skills, know how to motivate field staff and set example to others;
You have excellent communication and language skills in English (written and spoken);
You have a commercial mind-set and strive for delivery excellence;
You adopt a proactive and systematic approach with a competitive attitude;
You are an EU member, or in the possession of an EU work permit.
