Candidates MUST have:
- Previous experience in this role
- Hold the following certificates (Liberian Licence, Offshore Meteorological Observation, GMDSS, CAA/VHF Radio, Dangerous Goods by Air, BOSIET/FOET & CA-EBS, MIST, OGUK Medical)
