TUG MASTER (with valid Minor Patron License)
CHIEF OFFICER (with valid Boat Captain 3 License)
2ND OFFICER (with valid Boat Captain 3 License)
CHIEF ENGINEER (with valid MDM 2 License)
2ND ENGINEER (with valid MDM 1 License)

Qualifications:
- With at least 12 months experience on the same rank onboard tug (towing)
- With valid MARINA license and certificates
