ERRV - MUST HOLD RELEVANT EERV CERTS - ITSO etc

SOV - Must have strong SOV experience

2x 1st Officer
2x 2nd Officer
2x AB
2x DC Coxswain
2x Cook / Chief Cook

These are long term/permanent positions
