Job description
We're currently looking for experienced Heavy Lift Rigger Foreman to work on our clients project in the UK from mid-Oct to December. Right to work in the UK is essential.
The (Heavy Lift) Rigger Foreman is responsible for co-ordinating project deck crew / HL riggers and crane operators to ensure that operations are carried out in accordance with procedures, and in a safe manner.
The (Heavy Lift) Rigger Foreman shall perform tasks as required to support operations.
To ensure the maintenance of rigging and lifting equipment and when working vigilant care and attention to all deck operations paying particular attention to rigging and lifting equipment
Experience Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years Rigger Foreman 2 Offshore heavy lift (>3,000 mT) crane vessel experience
• Competence / Experience handling large size slings & shackles (>1,000 ton)
Certificate Requirements:
• Right to Work in the UK
• Passport
• Panamanian Seaman’s Book
• Vaccinations (standard + specific per country)
• BOSIET, including HUET, EBS and Crew Basket
• STCW Basic Safety A-VI/1
• STCW Certificate of Proficiency survival craft and rescue boats other than fast rescue craft A-VI/2-1
• STCW Certificate of Proficiency advanced firefighting A-VI/3
• STCW Certificate of proficiency security awareness A-VI/6-1
• STCW and OPITO approved health certificate
