Job requirements
- Educated to University Degree level in a relevant computer engineering or science discipline.
- Substantial experience designing OT Networks for power generating stations, preferably in the offshore industry.
- Experience with NERC CIP standards and compliance for cybersecurity.
- Familiarity with TSO Transmission System Operator (TSO) communication interfaces would be an asset.
- Experience of coordinating with contractors involved in the delivery of OT/IT projects in international environments.
- Proven experience in delivery of large OT/IT projects, including contract management, program management, cost and risk control.
- Pro-active and diligent approach.
- Proven communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and develop key engineering decisions.
- Excellent report writing, presentation skills and ability to summarize key parameters and drivers impacting the package.
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Sound planning and analysis skills with the ability to look forward and see / anticipate problems and thereafter plan and implements mitigating solutions to negate the effect of such problems.
- Innovative and creative thinking
- Problem solving – dealing with conflicting requirements
- Tenacity, persistence, and determination to succeed in overcoming obstacles.
-Technical Expert in the field of Telecommunications
-Able to coordinate and manage telecom suppliers and contractor.
-Able to negotiate supplier’s agreement from a technical standpointAble to extract Telecom requirement from the TSP/ISO specification and make sure implementation is accurate
