Job Description

START DATE: April 5th for 4 weeks
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Temporary
TYPE OF VESSEL: Offshore Multi-Purpose Vessel

JOB SUMMARY: Operate the vessels crane in a safe and efficient manner and in accordance to Company Policies and Procedures. Regularly perform Preventative Maintenance on cranes and components

PREREQUISITES/QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Work experience and demonstrated ability of oral and written communications may be substituted in lieu of formal education
2+ years previous experience as an offshore Crane Operator
Valid Stage 3 Offshore Crane Operator Assessment
Must pass Physical, Drug Screen and Background /Pre-Employment Screening Checks.

STCW Basic Safety
STCW Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boats
Designated Security Duties
WHMIS 2015
Marine Basic First Aid
H2S Alive
Rigging, Slinging & Banksman
Transportation of Dangerous Goods (Air & Marine)
Stage 3 Offshore Crane Assessment
Confined Space Entry and Fall Protection
Seafarers Medical
Passport
