-Cook Certificate
-Medical Fitness Certificate-STCW
-Safety Course STCW 78 as amended
-HUET
-Security Duties(A-VI/6-2)
-US visa/ESTA for Transit
-Food Handlers Medical (HIV, Hepatitis A, B and C, Tuberculosis, and Syphilis)
-Covid Vaccination

Additional requirements for vaccinations/test include:
Tetanus
Diphtheria
Polio
Hep A & B
Typhoid
Measles
Yellow Fever
QuantiFERON-TB Gold tuberculosis test before you travel

Crewmember will also need a police clearance
