Chief Cook on PSV (North Europe)

Job Description

Chief Cook (C/C) needed for Offshore PSV vessel in North Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare meals for crew members following dietary requirements and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and food storage areas
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and other food safety regulations

Requirements:
- Ship's Cook Qualification certificate
- Previous experience as a Chief Cook on offshore vessels
- Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
