Job Description

Position: (180x) Chefs
Requirement:
- min of 4 years of exp as a Chef
- exp in high-pressire, high-volume environment is desirable
- previous exp in mass-catering environment (volume cooking)
- cruise ship exp is an advantage

Position: (40x) Sous Chef & Chef de Partie
Requiremet:
- min 5 years of exp in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant
- must have advanced international culinary exp
- exp in high-pressure, high-volume environment is desirable

Position: (45x) Bakers
Requirement:
- min of 4 years of exp in baking
- able to produce basic, savoury, specialty flour breads, sweet yeast products, artisan breads & frozen dough products
- use food preparation equipment to prepare fillings
