- Offshore experience on heavy lift vessels / pontoons
- Certificate of Competency
- Valid STCW certificate
- Offshore and Seafarer's medical
- GWO Boat Transfer
- Bahama Endorsement (can be obtained)
- Valid Seaman's book and EU Passport
