1. Must have related onboard work experience in the same type of vessel
2. With a Valid license; Preferably with US Visa
3. With Valid on-hand travel documents

Seaman's book
Performance Appraisal (if available)
Training Certificates and COP
Phil health MDR
SSS (IC, E1 or E4)
HDMF MDF
NBI Clearance
