Requirements:
AB Sailors are required to have licence II/4 or II/5
Ordinary seamen and Wipers are required to have previous sea experience.
Firemen are required to be in possession of Advance Fire Fighting course certificate.
Oilers are required to have III/4 or III/5 licence.
Minimum bachelor's degree with and empasis on nautical college is required for Captain Admin.
