Note:
1. Wages for the complete contract will be as per the date of joining.
2. Experience should be considered with same rank as on similar type of vessel.
3. Rejoining Bonus - Top 4 - 500$
4. Rejoining Bonus - Jr.Off. & ETO - 250$
5. Rejoining Bonus - Ratings - 100$
6. Promotion will be given to ex crew only.
7. Master & Chief Engr. Strictly no direct promotion.
8. If any devination to above SOP, kindly take approval from the TOP Management.
