Requirements:
For Senior Deck Officers - Valid USA Visa; At least 12 months in rank on the same type of vessel
For Junior Deck and Engine Officers - Valid USA Visa; At least 8 months in rank on the same type of vessel
For Ratings - Valid USA Visa; At least 24 months in rank on the same type of vessel
