DECK OFFICER
1. 2nd OFF with Tanker experience
2. 3rd OFF with Tanker experience

ENGINE DEPARTMENT
3. Third ENGR With BULK experience
4. Fourth ENGR With BULK experience

RATINGS
5. AB with COP min 6month bulk experience.
6. Oiler with COP min 6month bulk experience.
