Lead Deckhand for Motor Yacht (Europe)

Job Description

Faststream are recruiting for a Lead Deckhand to join a 70m+ Motor Yacht currently in Europe.

This position would suit an experienced Dechand looking for a step up into a leadership role.

To be considered you must:

- Have at least 1+ years experience as Deckhand on Yachts over 55m+
- Be confident in mentoring, training and guiding Deckhands new to the industry.
- Be well-presented, friendly and have a professional attitude.
- Have all seagoing documents with minimum 6 months' validity.

Start Date: May/June 2023
Salary: €3500 - €4000 per month
