Responsibilities:
Cooking and preparing meals for both crew and principal client
Provisioning of all food items
Adhering to budget
Administration of food inventory within the galley
Upholding galley safety and sanitary standards
Skills/Experience:
Menu planning
Excellent creativity and presentation skills
Highly organised
Great commmunication skills
Positive attitude
Knowledge of nutrition, diets and allergies
Ability to overcome seasickness
