At Eni, we are looking for a Tool Pusher within Eni in Onshore Burun, Turkmenistan. You will be responsible for an eleven-hour supervision period over the drilling operation. You will ensure the operation proceeds in a smooth, trouble-free manner regarding rig performance, personnel, and equipment.

As a member of the well area at Eni Turkmenistan, you will be responsible for:

Implementing well programs, making sure all equipment required for each phase is ready in advance
Assisting the Drilling Supervisor in all phases of Well design programs
Identifying tasks for TL Support Groups and submit them for approval
Submitting material request for approval and processing
Ensuring all improvement opportunities are identified and implemented
Pre-planning, organize and supervise the crews to perform operations of the critical path whenever possible, making maximum use of all Burren personnel assigned to the rig and various support groups
Ensuring effective handovers for the Night Tool pusher
Reviewing the drilling operation plan with the Drilling Supervisor each morning
Ensuring that the Drilling Supervisor is made aware of abnormal hole conditions or equipment problems in a timely manner
Issuing instructions in writing to the rig crew after review with the Drilling Supervisor
Monitoring critical equipment to ensure it is performing as required and detect failures in a timely manner
Reviewing spare parts inventories to ensure sufficient spares for critical equipment are available


This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements :



Experience as Day Tool pusher, preferably on a land base environment
High School or University Degree
Valid IWCF Level 4
Good knowledge of general drilling systems for land-based operations
Working knowledge of HSE practices common to the company and the industry
English language and other languages that would benefit Russian and Turkmen
