Measurement Technician for Onshore Oil & Gas Project (Texas / Louisiana)

Job Description

Wood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oilfield Pipeline Measurement Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment used in oil and gas production, including meters, gauges, sensors, and other measurement tools. The technician will ensure accurate and reliable data collection, analysis, and reporting of oilfield production and reserves.

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in oil and gas measurement operations.
Knowledge of oilfield production processes and equipment, including measurement devices, production separators, and pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Willingness to work in various weather conditions and in remote locations.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
