Daily Duties:
- Member of the preparation team, supports the EL/HVAC engineer in his daily work
- Reviews the validity of the preventive maintenance program Checks the availability of funds to carry this out as required
- Prepares a work package for a specific maintenance job when requested
- Analyzes the CMMS report for his area of ​​expertise and recommends improvement solutions
- Sets up and implements technical procedures, responsible for follow-up and updating the maintenance procedure
- Prepares intervention files, work orders, reporting, CMMS
