Rope Access Specialist for Drilling Project

Rope Access SpecialistSparrows Group are looking for a Rope Access Specialist to join our team in Kazakhstan on a 4/4 rotation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of rope access training and operations. Main duties will include carrying out IRATA training courses, managing the competency and rope access documentation of the operational rope access teams in country and contribute to the technical specification requirements for the selection and approval of rope access equipment.
Candidates must hold IRATA Level 3 (including proficiency in theoretical knowledge, equipment and rigging, manoeuvres, climbing and rescue/hauling), Emergency First Aid at Work, Logbook, Offshore Medical and relevant Trade Certificates/VQ (Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, Rigging or Inspection).
Candidates must have the ability to work productively in adverse conditions, have good supervisory and planning skills, have the ability to motivate others and have good communication and IT skills including use of Microsoft Office packages.
