Job Description

Experienced Chief Mechanic required for long term role on Jack Ups offshore Saudi Arabia.

These positions are salaried rotational roles on a 35 day on / 35 day off.

Chief Mechanic responsible for performing duties in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment, parts ordering and administration work of PMS system.

Should have previous experience and direct exposure to rig drilling equipment which includes but not limited to: Drawworks, Top Drive System, Rotary Tables and Transmission, Crown block, Traveling block, Pneumatic and/or hydraulic winches, Pneumatic and/or hydraulic BOP hoists, Iron Roughneck, CATheads, Mud pumps, High pressure units (HPU), Mast and Sub-base Raising cylinders, engines, air compressors and air dryers, Solid Control Equipment, Air breathing system.
