Quality Coordinator for Onshore Drilling Project (Australia)

Our client is Western Australia’s leading supplier of precast and prestressed concrete products for the state’s major infrastructure, oil & gas and resource projects. We are currently seeking applications from experienced Quality Coordinator. You will be responsible to provide day-to-day administrative support to project team members to ensure that specified project quality requirements are met. The role is based at our client's facility in Cardup in Perth for a fixed 12-month contract.

Your responsibilities in the role will include:

Support the Project team with administrative tasks to ensure contractual compliance.
File administration
Document control
Document compiling, updates and management, records maintenance etc
Educate stakeholders / line managers on quality benchmarks for the project
Monitor and communicate quality standards on the project
Understand compliance/reporting procedures and processes
Perform all duties in accordance with policies, processes, systems and procedures

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Understanding of ISO 9001
Demonstrated experience in a similar role working on large projects
Be confident managing multiple stakeholders at all levels
Collaborative team player and the ability to work effectively in a complex demanding environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
