The role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Applicants must have a robust and proven track record working in the Oil & Gas Energy sector directly at Operator level.
Coordinate all planning, tracking and mobilisation of equipment & personnel to support the Client's P&A campaign.
Ensure that all operations are being carried out in accordance with the UK regulations.
Liaise closely with the Abandonment Supervisor to prepare load lists and daily look ahead reports.
Check all equipment offshore and ensure the Onshore DMC is aware of any non-conformances.
Liaise with aviation providers to coordinate crew changes and flight schedules.
Work onshore as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
The successful incumbent will have extensive offshore experience working as a Drilling Materials Coordinator for P&A operations.
Candidates should have strong knowledge of UK regulations for handling and packing of offshore cargo.
Applicants will must have good working knowledge of UK Customs and Excise requirements.
All applicants must have a valid Transportation of Dangerous Goods by Air and Sea certification.
This is an offshore role therefore all industry competency certification (BOSIET with CA-EBS, MEDICAL and MIST) are required for this role.
