Job Description
Plan, coordinate and implement procedures within local area of operation. Maintains a high level of QHSE and training support to all operations activities to ensure continual improvement with rig crews and management.
Qualifications and Experience
NEBOSH qualifications (or equivalent)
Previous QHSE management systems experience
Auditing qualifications and experience (eg ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, API Q2)
Formal investigator training certificate in a recognised system, (eg, Kelvin TOPSET, Taproot, COMET).
Has accumulated previous experience in Offshore Drilling
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Major Emergency Management (desired)
Capable of acquiring and applying detailed legal, technical and regulatory information.
Experience with HSE investigations, preferably as a team Lead Investigator
Must have Leadership, Teamwork, Communication, Creativity, Planning, Listening and interpersonal skills.
