2 x Offshore Installation Manager (For Drilling Jack-Up & Hydraulic Workover Unit)
1 x Barge Master
1 x Assistant Barge Master (Local Malaysian and Southeast East Asian)
4 x QHSE Advisor
1 x Electronic Technician
2 x Toolpusher
3 x Drillers
3 x Assistant Driller (Local Malaysian and Southeast East Asian)


For the Hydraulic Workover Unit:

1 x Offshore Installation Manager (Hydraulic Workover Unit)
1 x Rig Supervisor
1 x Senior Operator
2 x Pump Operator (Local Malaysian)
1 x Assistant Operator (Local Malaysian)
1 x Senior Roughneck (Local Malaysian)
2 x Assistant Mechanic/Mechanic (Local Malaysian)
1 x Materials Man (Local Malaysian)
