***Technical Section Leader - Chief Engineer
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum two years experience as a Assistant Chief Engineer or Supervisory position in an Offshore Marine Environment
STCW III/2 Chief Engineer (Unlimited) and flag state equivalent

***Engine Room Operator / 2nd Assistant Engineer
High School Diploma or Equivalent
ERO 2nd – 1 year as ERO 3rd, and 3 years of overall experience as Officer of the Watch on DP vessels or drilling rigs
Engineer officer certificate class 4 or certificate of a similar standing (STCW III/1)

***Subsea Engineer
High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in engineering or educational equivalent from an accredited technical school or comparable military experience
Five years in a Sub Sea role with three years MUX (electro hydraulic subsea systems) experience and formal assessment of competency

***Electronic Technician
High School Diploma or Equivalent - Electrical Engineering or Electronic Technology Degree from an accredited technical school, trade school or college
Five years of electrical systems or two years experience with an industry degree

***Engine Room Operator
High School Diploma or Equivalent
ERO 2nd – 1 year as ERO 3rd, and 3 years of overall experience as Officer of the Watch on DP vessels or drilling rigs
ERO 3rd – 1 year as Officer of the Watch on DP vessels or drilling rigs
Engineer officer certificate class 4 or certificate of a similar standing (STCW III/1)

***Bosun
High School Diploma or Equivalent
2 years marine experience
AB Certificate

***Crane Operator
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Six months as Assistant Crane Operator and proven competency
Crane Operator Certificate (API RP2D)
Offshore Crane Operator Assessment (API RP2D)

***Roustabout
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Preferred previous military, industrial, construction, agricultural or maritime experience

***Roughneck
High School Diploma or Equivalent
One year experience as a Roustabout
Valid Well Control Certification (IWCF Level 2 – Introductory)
