* Driller
A secondary school diploma.
Minimum of 7 years of experiences in oil and gas industry.
Minimum of 1 years of experiences in the same position.
Well Control Certificate level 3 ( IWCF ).

* Assistant Driller
A secondary school diploma
Minimum of 6 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position.
Well Control Certificate level 3 ( IWCF ).

* Tool Pusher
Secondary School Diploma
A Minimum of 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry.
A Minimum 2 years of in a similar position.
Well Control Certificate level 4 ( IWCF).

* Chief Electrician
Electrical Engineering Degree.
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position.

* Chief Mechanic
Mechanical Engineering Degree.
Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in oil and gas industry.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
