Kuiper Group require the below positions for the Drillship, initially for East Asia and subsequently for Las Palmas. For 2nd and 3rd Engineer, we require Marshall Islands COE. For Maintenance, we need CompEx. For Deck Foreman, Stage 3 license is required.
