This position is based at a corn-based ethanol manufacturing plant.

Position Summary:

The Maintenance Instrument/ Electrical Technician will analyze and correct electrical problems and repair and overhaul electrical equipment and controls. Calibrate control valves, level, and flow instrumentation. Able to connect to and troubleshoot PLC programming and control issues. Dismantle and install machinery and service equipment, including building repairs. This plant is a corn-based ethanol manufacturing plant with a production capacity of 100 million gallons per year of denatured ethanol use for fuel blending. The plant also produces high quality dried distillers’ grain with soluble (DDGS) to be used as animal feed. It is strategically positioned near Chicago which serves as the main pricing index for both ethanol and corn markets.
