We think you should have some of the following:

Do you have Master, Bachelors, within metallurgy / welding technology?
Minimum 3 years experience in oil&gas
Relevant experience may compensate for lack of education
International Welding Engineer (IWE)
Ability to work independently
Available for work in Norway
Good communicative skills in Norwegian and English and team player
