Job Description

Provision of well design, planning, programming and operations management across client operated portfolio, promoting techniques and strategies that optimise asset value.
Targets efforts to ensure that all wells are designed and delivered in accordance with local statutory requirements and Client
corporate policies, standards and procedures, whilst driving excellence in Health, Safety and Environmental performance, technological innovation and continuous performance improvement.
Mentoring of Drilling Engineers, Associate Drilling Engineers.
Specific experience on HPHT drilling and well design is required.

Required Competences/ Qualifications / Experience:
• Demonstrated capacity of team supervision and analytical competence
• Bachelor’s degree in Drilling Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering or similar
• Extensive experience in well engineering and site supervision. Must be a competent practitioner in accordance with CASMAX® competency profile
• IWCF Well Control Certification
