Job Description

As our Engineer, you will join us as an entry-level engineer who will be responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective delivery of all projects under the supervision of the Project Managers and Engineers. To succeed in this technical role, you must be highly organized and able to manage your workload effectively while juggling multiple projects in a dynamic and professional environment. Your responsibilities will include anticipating and prioritizing tasks and planning accordingly to meet project deadlines.

The candidate must have the right to live and work in Egypt.

We are looking for driven and solution-oriented professionals with sound technical skills and good decision-making capabilities. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deal effectively with multiple issues and assignments simultaneously. In addition, you:

Hold a degree in Naval Architecture, Structural Engineering, or Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Have sound knowledge of industry standards and codes and the ability to apply standards to structural analysis & designs.
Working knowledge of basic principles of design, systems design and installation, and mathematics.
Computer literate with practical experience in Structural Analysis of marine and/or offshore structures.
Full understanding of classification societies and their design requirements.
Strong drive to excel in the Finite Element discipline, reflected in engagement in collaboration with others, as well as design works and deliverables.
Motivated to learn and grow in an international and skilled team of structural engineers, as well as to seize any opportunity to exceed expectations.
High integrity and team spirit, proactively engaging with others and offering support when required.
Excellent communication skills and proactive, analytical approach to assignments.

Desirable Skills:

Master’s degree or equivalent in a technical subject relevant to the role.
Experience as a Naval Architect or a Structural Engineer using FEA.
Experience using FEMAP with Simcentre Nastran.
