Job Description

Qualifications/Experience required:
· Proven oil & gas industry experience in a similar position and electrical background
· Electrical HND or practical site experience
· Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and equipment in the maintenance of oil and gas exploration equipment
· Suitably experienced in the use of SAP to prepare work orders and monitor material availability or willingness to train to SAP system
· Knowledge of the modes of failure applicable to large industrial equipment such as fans, pumps and compressors and their associated components
· Knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments
· The ability to maintain effective working relationships with other personnel including operators, vendors, contractors, subordinates, peers and superiors.
· Up to date working knowledge of safety rules and regulations.
