Job Description

Required:

-Satisfactory completion of People Safe Training
-Completion of training in the PTW and Lock/Tag isolation procedures
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Knowledge of all technical calculations as required to maintain electrical system performance
-Ability to trouble shoot and repair rig electrical systems and HVAC equipment with minimal supervision Preferred:
-Is a champion of the Enterprise Offshore Management System, and continually works to ensure zero down time
-Sr. Electricians are responsible for various duties including but not limited to the operational integrity, safety and the cost effective running of all drilling equipment maintenance and preventive maintenance
-The ultimate objective of this position is to assist in ensuring that all electrical systems remain operative throughout the operation and comply with safety, regulatory body and test standards Proficiency in Permit to Work and STOP system experience is necessary
