Job Description

Experienced Chief Electrician required for long term role on Jack Ups offshore Saudi Arabia.

These positions are salaried rotational roles on a 35 day on / 35 day off.

Chief Electrician responsible for performing duties in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems, equipment, parts ordering and administration of PMS system.

Should have hands on working experience in drilling Equipment's with in-depth knowledge of testing and repairing.

Education / Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical engineering.

Trainings/ Certifications/ Skills:
Must has good knowledge in PLC, VFD, network Communications types and troubleshooting, computer software, computer hardware and Drilling electrical Equipment's.
Use electrical schematic and wiring diagram.
Interpret information from difference sources such as IEEE handbook and NEMA standards.
Familiar with cable size international standards.
Perform basic power calculation.
Familiar with ABS standards.
Must has good knowledge of drilling Equips and rig operations.
Possesses good technical, supervisory and communication skills.

Relevant Experience - Minimum 10 -15 years in onshore or offshore drilling operation.

Nationalities: Open for all nationalities
Saudi Experience is added advantage
