Job Title: CHIEF COOK
Mandatory Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role
- Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in English language.
- Responsible for all cooking and baking activities during the day shift.
- Maintenance of stock levels for all catering and cleaning materials including stock rotation.
- Able to fluently speak, read, understand and write English.
- Ensure the Galley, fridges, freezers, storerooms and mess rooms are maintained in a clean & hygienic condition.
- Supervision of the catering crew
