4th Engineer

Responsible for safety of crew, environment and engine room as well as personal safety
Attends and participates in all pre-tour, post tour and weekly safety meeting
Responsible for the watch in the Engine Control Room. Assure the proper power distribution on MODU
Maintains the mechanical equipment when required
Responsible for bunkering, transferring fuel, water and other fluids safely and efficiently
Maintains the order, cleanliness and housekeeping at mechanical sites
Identifies opportunities to improve operational procedures and assist with procedure revisions and risk assessments.
Qualifications / Experience
High School Diploma is required. Graduation from a Maritime Academy is preferred.
Drilling Industry experience is preferred.
Completion of all training and certification requirements for position as described in the training matrix.
